Born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine Oleg grew up next to the Black Sea. As an adult he spent years working on ships traveling the world. He eventually went back to his first love, painting, and moved to the US over a decade ago. Drawn by the beauty that surrounds him, Oleg paints with oil in the plain air style on location around the Northwest.
